How do I send an application form?

Why will my form not submit?

A form not submiting/sending might be as a result of two causes,

      Your internet connection cuts off
      For this check the internet connection on the device then click/press the send button.
      This should fix that issue
      Incomplete form details
      The online loan application form is designed to restrict submissions for forms with incomplete information,
      Make sure you have filled in all information and then proceed to sending the form.

How can I tell if my form was sent?

This is faily simple, If/when you have successfully sent a loan application form,
You will receive and email with a link to a pdf file with the details you filled.
The same message will be sent to our team so that the may proceed accordingly.

How can I open the pdf file I received?

Make sure you have the latest browser.
Most popular browsers have an in-built pdf viewer which will open automatically once you click the link.
i.e Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Opera Mini....
If it happens that your device downloads the file,
Make sure you have an application that can open files in pdf format!

How can I access IPL forms on my mobile device?

On the navigation menu,The products tab should have the Link to more categories of the Insurance Premium Finance Loan(IPF)form.
Long press it and the sub menu will appear and you can freely access it.
Alternatively you can use this links below
